This site is dedicated to the memory of Hazel Dean.
Hazel Dean was born in Hemel Hempstead on 4 April 1949 and died peacefully in the Bristol's Haematology and Oncology Centre on 24 December 2013. She was a mother and grandmother and for many years a practice nurse. Above all she was a wonderful friend to, and greatly loved by, countless numbers of people. She will always be remembered by all her friends and family. Any contributions or donations will be most gratefully received. All donations given through this site will go to the Haematology and Oncology Centre directly in line with Hazel’s wishes.

On the 3rd anniversary of Hazel's death, she remains an ever present in my mind. There are many things I would like to tell her, but the most important is that her children and grandchildren are leading happy and successful lives. We are all doing what she would have wanted.
